Pro and Enterprise can choose from all seven and track any three at a time for each brand, switching the selection whenever you like. Enterprise can raise that limit by contract.
Can I change which AI platforms I track?
Yes. On Pro and Enterprise you pick your platforms in the product's Models settings and can change them yourself at any time — nothing needs to be requested from us. Each brand tracks up to three at once.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo covers one brand and tracks ChatGPT. Pro supports multiple brands, lets you choose any three of our seven AI platforms per brand, and adds 1-click content generation, on-demand recommendations and chat support. Pro is the best-value plan for teams serious about their AI search presence.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise comes with custom limits on number of brands, prompts and competitors, and can raise the number of AI platforms tracked at once beyond the standard three.
